DOHA: Chairman of Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA), HE Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, met here on Wednesday with Ambassador of the United States to Qatar, HE Dana Shell Smith, on the occasion of taking over her duties in Doha.
