SAK Holding Group’s ‘Dana Al-Sadd’ now open for lease

The preparations are underway in the Al Sadd area, for the official inauguration event of Dana Al-Sadd Hotel after the leasing has started in the new hotel project, which is one of the modern and elegant architectural features that includes luxury rooms and suites, as well as restaurants, administrative offices, and various entertainment, sports and service facilities.

With leasing phase started, Dana Al-Sadd will also be an important addition to the dynamic Al Sadd area, which is particularly attractive to a large segment of Qatar’s visitors, regardless of their interests, whether they are businessmen, families or individuals attracted by residence within the capital.

‘Dana Al-Sadd’ is a 5-storey hotel project consisting of 165 hotel units including 20 luxury suites, 3 restaurants and kitchens with a total area of 1215 m2, in addition to a gymnasium with sauna and steam room of 270 m2, gym, swimming pool and other vital facilities that aim to make guests’ stay a great experience in an integrated service environment. The main entrance of the hotel features large glass facades and a large lobby connected with a more than 400-square-meter lounge area.

‘Dana Al-Sadd’ also includes two mezzanines and 500 m2 for administrative offices, a seating area and an indoor garden of approximately 100 m2, as well as two basement floors for parking with a capacity of 117 cars.

‘Dana Al-Sadd’ is another success for real estate “Sharkena” product, launched by SAK Holding Group under the patronage of Sheikh Thani Bin Abdullah Al Thani, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, with the aim of supporting real estate investors and develop the local real estate market. The real estate partnership that was established with Al Sadd Real Estate Company has resulted in the addition of ‘Dana Al-Sadd’ to Al Sadd area.

The new hotel project is a unique and important architectural icon for the hospitality sector, in alignment with Qatar’s development and quality tourism projects that complement the country’s preparations for hosting the World Cup 2022, as well as other international sporting events and tournaments, and other regional, Arab and international economic and tourism events.

Ali Abdullah Abdul Ghani, General Manager of Tatweer Real Estate Company, a partner in Al Sadd Tower Company and owner of ‘Dana Al-Sadd’, said that the commencement of the lease at ‘Dana Al-Sadd’ comes within the timeline that paves the way for the official inauguration, which is expected to take place within the next few months. He expressed his happiness with the partnership with SAK Holding Group and its subsidiaries, and praised the support, flexibility and cooperation. “They were true partners and very keen that the completion is made with the speed and accuracy required with the real and true cost, that benefits the project and increases return on investment,” he added.

Ali Abdul Ghani added that the geographical location of ‘Dana Al-Sadd’ is a competitive advantage and value and an attractive element for guests. It is located within the capital, and at a distinct geographic point, it is a link between the commercial Al Sadd area and many properties, shops and entertainment malls, in addition to government headquarters, companies and institutions, making it ideal for business and stay, as well as for tourism and shopping.

It is located near the Grand Regency Hotel, Centerpoint Mall, LuLu Hypermarket, Royal Plaza, Al Sadd Plaza, Mirqab Mall, Hamad Hospital and Rumailah Hospital, as well as the new road network connected to the Metro.
