DOHA: The Board of Directors of Masraf Al Rayan, in its meeting held yesterday, has elected Turki Mohamed Al Khater as Vice Chairman of the Board. Al Khater is representing the General Retirement & Social Insurance Authority of Qatar, one of the main founders of Masraf Al Rayan.
