Riyadh: The Saudi Supreme Court announced yesterday that standing in Arafat will be on Thursday, 9 Dhul Hijja, corresponding to October 25, and the first day of Eid Al Adha will be on Friday (October 26), the Saudi Press Agency said. The Court said that it decided to complete the lunar month of Dhul-qa’da to 30 days and the start of Dhul Hijja from today in accordance with what has been reported to the Supreme Court by Courts and Committees in charge of sighting the crescent of the lunar month of Dhul Hijja.
