BAGHDAD: Car bombs near a Shiite place of worship and another in a village populated by Iraq's small Shabak minority killed at least 10 people and wounded 32 on Monday, police and doctors said.
A car bomb in Khaznah, a Shabak village near Mosul in north Iraq, killed five people and wounded 12, while two car bombs near a Shiite place of worship, or husseiniyah, killed five and wounded 20 in the flashpoint town of Tuz Khurmatu. (AFP)
