Doha: The President of Tatarstan H E Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Doha Saturday to attend the final match of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 between France and Argentina at Lusail Stadium on Sunday evening.
The President and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by the Minister of State H E Sheikh Fahad bin Faisal Al-Thani, and HE Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the State of Qatar Dmitry Dugadkin.
