• Authorities concerned were urged to prune trees on main roads and some internal roads in Doha and outside. People said many of these trees are overhanging, hiding part of lanes and hindering visibility, which cause a lot of confusion among motorists.

People said speedbreakers must be decided by concerned authorities and should not be left to people to build them without any standard.
• People criticised the cancellation of the contract with a company supplying pesticides to animal farms. They urged the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning to reconsider the decision which is making farms suffer the growing menace of insects and rodents.
• Authorities concerned were urged to fight stray animals, particularly dogs, which scare residents, especially children and women, in many neighbourhoods.
• Some people urged authorities concerned to prevent the entry of cars with balloon tyres at border check posts. They said many young men are driving to neighbouring countries to replace their tyres with the balloon ones.
