Doha: Doha Modern Indian School (DMIS) celebrated 75th Independence Day of India with great respect for the motherland.
To commemorate the sovereignty of the nation, the chief guest Jayashankar M. Pillai, the Director of Taleb Schools unfurled Indian flag and all in unison sang the national anthem and expressed the true joy of our freedom.
The presence of other dignitaries particularly Principal of TCS Ritula Singh; Principal of ACS Seema Arun and the Academic Coordinator of DMIS Elizabeth graced the occasion.
The chief guest in his address exhorted everyone gathered for the event to uphold the great values of the nation and work for the unity, growth and prosperity of the country.
