DOHA: An exhibition showcasing winter camping equipment and travel supplies will be opened today by the Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The exhibition, locally known as Kashta3, is organised by and will be held at Simaisma Youth Centre until October 25, said Sultan Al Kuwari, Chairman of the centre.
He said it will showcase locally made equipment and supplies related to sea and land travels, and tents, mainly by local companies.
He said a new panel had been set up to organise the exhibition, based on the success of last year’s event and it had issued a questionnaire to the participants to evaluate achievements and shortcomings of previous exhibitions to make a better event this year.
