PESHAWAR: A girls’ primary school has been blown up on Saturday in the capital city of Pakistan’s northwest province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. No casualties have been reported yet.
Police said unidentified men had planted explosives near the school’s gate in Badaber village of Peshawar District. The bomb went, obliterating two classrooms and partially damaging other parts of the building.
Earlier Wednesday, some unknown militants had torpedoed a preparatory junior school in northwest of Pakistan, but no casualties were reported.
The gunmen planted explosives in a government preparatory school in 'Lund Khawar' district located in Mardan District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Pakistan and detonated it thus causing partial damaging to the school building but caused no injuries.
It is worth to mention that there are elements of anti-modern education in schools in the territory / Khyber Bxton khua, northwest of Pakistan who are blowing up schools, especially public schools and girls' schools in order to intimidate students to leave school and not to continue their study.
