Qatar Airways facing higher call volumes, lists 4 self-service contact options

Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways has stated that it is currently experiencing higher than usual call volumes due to the ongoing situation. 

The airlines reassured that it is doing everything possible to support its passengers who might require immediate assistance during this time.

It also added that the airlines is reaching out to affected customers and offering available options, including rebooking where applicable.

Meanwhile, Qatar Airways also listed four self-service options for its passengers:
