Peru’s President Ollanta Humala (left), Sweden’s Gothenburg City Mayor Anneli Hulthen (right) and Sweden’s Ambassador to Peru Eva Zetterberg (centre) look at a piece of pre-hispanic textile of the Paracas culture recently repatriated from Sweden, in Lima, yesterday. The artefact is part of 89 ancient Paracas textiles that were illegally shipped out from Peru as far back as 1930, and recently repatriated back under an agreement between the governments of Gothenburg city and Peru.
