MUSCAT: Qatar's Embassy in Oman has hosted a reception at Grand Hyatt on the occasion of Qatar National Day.
The reception was attended by a number of the Ruling Family members, in addition to a number of ministers, State and Advisory councils' members, senior army and police officers, foreign ministry officials, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Oman as well as a number of businessmen in the Sultanate.
On this occasion, the Omani television also displayed video reports about the State of Qatar after each news bulletin addressing all aspects of development in Qatar and its activities on the political and economic sectors as well as Qatar's position at the regional and international levels.
Qatar's embassy in Korea celebrates National Day
SEOUL: Charge d'Affaires a.i. at Qatar's Embassy in South Korea has hosted a reception on the occasion of Qatar National Day.
The reception was attended by Korean Vice Minister for Trade and Energy Han Jinhyun, along with some of the directors of departments at the Korean Foreign Ministry, businessmen, representatives of media and public figures in Korea.
It was also attended by heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited to Korea, Arab and foreign diplomats and members of the Arab and Muslim communities living in Seoul.
Qatar's embassy in Sudan celebrates National Day
KHARTOUM: Qatar's Embassy in Khartoum has hosted a reception on the occasion of Qatar National Day with the participation of a wide range of political, partisan and national forces and community figures.
On this occasion, Sudanese Investment Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail appreciated Qatar's stances in the support of Sudan, praising the Qatari leadership for its keenness of the Sudanese issue in all fields which contributed to the stability of Sudan.
He described the relations between Sudan and Qatar as strong and distinct and are moving towards growing development, applauding the Qatari efforts that promoted peace and real stability in Darfur, contributed to regional stability and made the Doha peace agreement a real and successful model.
On behalf of Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir and the Sudanese people, the Investment Minister congratulated Qatar's leadership and people on the occasion of the National Day.
For his part, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Sudan Rashid bin Abdurrahman Al Nuaimi stressed on the eternal relations between the two countries and the keenness of the Qatari leadership to develop and strengthen them for the peace, security and stability of Sudan. (QNA)
