Doha, Qatar: The General Authority of Customs has concluded the activities of the 45th Foundation Course for new customs inspectors, which was organized at the Customs Training Center over a period of three months, with the participation of 31 trainees.
The course forms part of the Authority’s programs aimed at qualifying national cadres and enhancing their readiness to undertake customs work duties at various ports, in line with the highest levels of efficiency and professionalism.
It featured an integrated training program combining theoretical knowledge and practical applications, with the participation of a number of experts and specialists from within and outside the Authority. This contributed to developing the trainees’ skills and strengthening their capabilities in handling various customs tasks and procedures.
The implementation of these programs comes within the framework of the Authority’s commitment to investing in human resources and raising the efficiency of its staff, thereby reinforcing its role in protecting community security, facilitating trade movement, and elevating performance levels across all areas of customs work.
