DOHA: Sheikhahub (SH), a marketing company in Qatar in partnership with Design Creationz, organised ‘Sheikhahub – Fashion’ with a Heart Fashion Show and charity event at the W Hotel.
Sheikha Alanoud bint Abdulrahman Al Thani and the First Lady of Malaysia Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah joined guests at the event with Qatari, Saudi and Malaysian designers.
SH’s founder, Datin Norzihan Latt, was welcomed to the stage and gave details about SH before introducing DCz’s guest hostess of the night, Mayssa Maghrebi, from Dubai.
A mixture of Malaysian culture was infused through the audience when Fauziah, Malaysia’s Princess of Oud, played live and sang while guests watched Qatari, Bahraini and Saudi designers Debaj, Fufistylist, Dar Naseem.
Alandalos and Joli Designs amazed the audience with their works of art in the form of garments.
Guests described Debaj’s abayas as being true masterpieces and the best brand in Qatar.’
