The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani with Ethiopian Agriculture Minister Tefera Derbew in Doha yesterday. Derbew delivered a written message from Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn to the Emir pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of common interest.
