ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani government will take up the plight of Muslim minorities in India at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit in the first week of February in Egypt. President Asif Ali Zardari and Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar will represent Pakistan. Some Kashmiri leaders will also attend the conference. Well-placed diplomatic sources said yesterday Pakistan has sponsored the resolution in the organisation and the council of ministers will discuss it, and it is likely that the summit could also take it up.
