Is neck pain plaguing you and your co-workers?  Adding this simple exercise to your to-do lists will help.

Standing with your feet hip-width apart, slowly tilt your head to the left, while looking straight ahead. Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds and then switch sides, says a German farmworker's health group, SLFG.

Looking to vary the exercise? Add your arms.

While your head is tilted to the left, slide the fingers of your right hand down your outer thigh so as to gently pull down on your shoulder, extending the stretch. Repeat the opposite way round on the other side.
