Doha: The Arabic and Islamic studies department at Olive International School (OIS) organised the “Quran Recitation Competition” in the holy month of Ramadan on April 16, 2023.
Jacob Mathew, the Principal, along with the other leadership team of the school graced the event with their presence and encouraged the students to deliver their best keeping excellence in mind.
Co-curricular activities in school facilitate the development of various domains of mind and personality such as intellectual, emotional, social, moral, and aesthetic.
Also, creativity, enthusiasm, and positive thinking are some of the facets of personality development and the outcome of extracurricular activities.
These are the activities through which a learner explores his or her abilities, develops his strength, and vanquishes his shortcomings.
OIS has always endeavoured and implored the students to practice religious harmony, follow the Almighty’s path, and actively participate in co-scholastic activities.
