Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI), through the Department of Nationality and Travel Documents, has outlined the procedure for issuing “To Whom It May Concern” certificates through the Metrash2 mobile application.
The service enables users to request certificates, such as name amendment certificates and certificates for family members, with just a few simple steps, eliminating the need to visit administrative offices or contact relevant authorities.
After submitting the required information and completing the payment of applicable fees, the requested certificate is sent directly to the applicant’s registered email address.
The service is part of MoI’s efforts to enhance digital services, streamline administrative procedures, and make government services more accessible to residents and citizens.
