Dukhan: Qatar Petroleum’s Dukhan Operations recently held an open health fitness day with its community members to mark World Diabetes Day. The event was organised by the Integrated Facilities Department in coordination with the Dukhan Medical Center.
Around 200 people participated in the event, which included basic medical check-ups like blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate, in addition to First Aid instructions. During the awareness session, the medical team answered the participants’ questions and concerns regarding proper nutrition, sports exercises and other health and lifestyle issues.
