DOHA: Qatar Exchange listed company Dlala Holding (DBIS) has elected a new chairman for its Board of Directors at its meeting held here.
Dr. Mohamed Nasser Al Qahtani has been elected as the chairman while the resignation of Rashid Ahmed Al Mannai as chairman and member of board of Dlala Holding has been accepted, a Qatar Exchange notification said Tuesday.
Nasser Hamad Al Saulaiti has been elected as vice-chairman of the board.
At its meeting the company also passed the resolution to call for electing a board member for the vacant seat to completed the term of the current board member in the next Annual General Meeting. (QNA)
