MES students won ‘The performance Excellence Award’ in the 7th International Olympiad of Mathematics 2014 held under the aegis of Silver Zone Foundation, New Delhi, recently. The competition was held for the students of classes I to XII and 1202 students appeared for the written test. MES Indian School won 36 medals — 12 gold medals, 12 silver medals and 12 bronze medals — besides meritorious certificates to its credit. Sreeja Vinod, Teacher, Department of Mathematics, coordinated the Mathematics Olympiad.
