Doha: Muhammad Ali Al Mutawa Al Hammadi, former Director of the Office of the Minister of Justice, recently hosted President of Croatian Shooting Federation and the accompanying delegation, for whom he held a reception at his Majlis on the occasion of their arrival in Doha to attend the final match of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
President of the Croatian Shooting Federation Hubert Kispal praised the tremendous way Qatar has been able to host the World Cup 2022 and expressed his pride in receiving an invitation from Abdullah Ali Al Mutawa Al Hammadi, member of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Shooting, Bow and Arrow Federation, and to be able to have the opportunity to learn more about Qatari society and its rich culture.
Kispal said that his visit to Qatar came within on the sidelines of the Croatia-Morocco during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and expressed his delight with the World Cup matches he attended, which he thought to be well-organised, as did all fans. Among which were Croatian citizens that were in attendance to l support their teams participating in the tournament.
He also praised the success achieved by Qatar in organising the World Cup, which will inspire the organization of a lot of future sports tournaments. Kispal expressed elation in the opportunity this tournament presented in regards to the culture exchange between Qatar and Croatia in the field of hosting sports tournaments. He stated that he personally believes FIFA World Cup 2022 was the best organized version in the history of all World Cup tournaments.
Muhammad Ali Al Mutawa Al Hammadi congratulated Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Father Amir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and Deputy Amir, H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, as well as the country’s government and the honorable Qatari people, on the occasion of Qatar National Day, which coincides this year with the successful hosting of Qatar of the World Cup for the very first time in the Middle East and the Arab region.
Al Hammadi stressed that this year’s celebrations of Qatar National Day constitute an occasion for the Bani Hammad tribe to renew its loyalty to the leadership and the country, and to highlight their pride in the country’s achievements, which will mark the success of the country towards achieving its National Vision for 2030.
He added that Qatar National Day, which falls on the 18th of December of each year, represents a precious occasion that is dear to all Qataris, in which they show allegiance to the country and their commitment to following down the path their ancestors took to build a modern state that looks towards the future, while committing to its heritage and traditions.
Al Hammadi explained that Qatar National Day this year represents an exceptional event in the history of the state, whose name has always been synonymous with all that is historical and exceptional in terms of achievements, especially since it coincides with the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in which the State of Qatar undoubtedly succeeded in Organizing and hosting.
