Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met on Tuesday morning with President of the Federal Republic of Somalia HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who called on HH the Amir to greet him on the occasion of his visit to the country to attend the graduation ceremony of the 11th batch of cadets of Al Zaeem Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air Academy.
The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani, Chief of the Amiri Diwan HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Head of the State Security HE Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, and a number of Their Excellency senior officials.
On the Somali side, the meeting was attended by Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Somalia HE Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, and a number of Their Excellencies senior officials.
