Doha: Ooredoo’s Alrabaa (Friends) and a group of volunteers visited the children’s ward at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) recently.
After spending some time with the children, Ooredoo’s Alrabaa gave each of them a ‘Joy Bank’ and a ‘My Spreading the Joy Journal’ to collect money to give to charity or people in need. The children also received precious gift vouchers for toys.
This visit was part of community and charity activities led by Alrabaa this Ramadan to spread joy throughout the community. The seven playful characters representing Qatari culture, supported by Ooredoo’s team of volunteers, surprised the kids and spent time with each of them.

Seeing them play and laugh with the Alrabaa is heart-warming. HMC is one of the best paediatric healthcare services provider in Qatar and we are delighted to contribute to its work.”
The delegation was received by Izzeddine Al Salahi, Product Manager, and Fatima Jassem, Playroom Supervisor from HMC.
