SIS students show brilliance in Senior School Certificate Examination

Doha: Students of Shantiniketan Indian School who appeared for the Senior School Certificate Examination 2022, conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, India, performed excellently.  

Rasheed Ahmed, President of SIS; and Principal Pamela Ghosh attributed success of the brilliant achievement to the staff and students for their commitment and dedicated hard work, and to parents for their constant support. 

Thansiha Thajudheen (97%) topped in the Commerce stream and Adithya Nandakumar (96.2%) topped in the Science stream.

Thansiha Thajudheen (first), Adithya Nandakumar (second) and Daana Odam Manniyil (third) emerged as the top rank holders in school.

Thansiha Thajudheen (97%), Adithya Nandakumar (96.2%) and Daana Odam Manniyil (95%), and Shourya Pratap Bisht (92.4%) scored A1 in all subjects.

The Subject toppers were Thansiha Thajudheen in Business Studies (100%);  Thansiha Thajudheen in Accountancy (99%); Adithya Nandakumar in Chemistry (99%);  Adithya Nandakumar in Computer Science (99%);  Daana Odam Manniyil in Information Technology (99%);  Sara Anna Saji and Anjel Rajesh in Engineering Graphics (97%); Safa Faisal in Home Science (97%); Anar Namboorimadathil Najumuddin in English (96%);  Adithya Nandakumar in Mathematics (96%); Lamiya Ibrahim and Thansiha Thajudheen in Economics (96%); Shourya Pratap Bisht in Biology (95%); Adithya Nandakumar and Daana Odam Manniyil in Physics (95%) and Mahboob Chowdhury in Physical Education (92%).
