Protesters wearing masks of Vice-President Jejomar Binay show thumbs down signs in a rally outside the Senate in Pasay City, south of Manila, on Wednesday. The rally coincided with a Senate inquiry into the alleged involvement of Binay and his son Mayor Jun-Jun in an overpriced construction of a city hall building.
