A Kuwaiti ship ‘Tour of Hope’ with 20 people with special needs has anchored at the ‘Porto Rabia’ zone of the Pearl. The ship sailing around the world has reached Qatar from Washington. They were received by Muteb Saleh Al-Mutoteh, Kuwait Ambassador to Qatar and Rabia Al Kaabi, Vice Chairman of the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Persons with Special Needs. SYED OMAR
