According to reports, Mauro Zarate is closing in on a move to Watford despite a delay.
The Fiorentina striker will reportedly have his move announced after the Italian side’s Coppa Italia clash with Napoli.
As reported by the Hertfordshire Mercury:
“Mauro Zarate’s move from Fiorentina to Watford is being delayed so that tomorrow night’s Coppa Italia game counts as one of the games of his current ban.
Reports in Italy suggest the deal is complete, but will not be announced until after Fiorentina’s Coppa Italia tie with Napoli tomorrow evening.”
