AAB unveils Dream Car Contest winners

Doha: Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co (AAB), sole agent for Toyota vehicles in Qatar recently organised the 5th national Dream Car Contest aiming at developing children’s creative abilities and to motivate them to express their talent in drawing their dream cars in an attempt to discover the hidden potential and to unveil their imagination for future cars.
Since 2004, Toyota Dream Car Art Contest has been conducted as part of Toyota Motor Corporation Japan’s social contribution initiatives. AAB collaborated with more than 70 schools to participate in the contest where students drew their dream cars inside their schools. It is worth noting that the winner of this year’s contest be determined through social media polls with the collaboration of Judges.
The Winners:
Under 8 years old
Kaushi Nisasala-Stafford Srilankan School, Doha, Thejus Aravind- DPS-Modern Indian school, Baavana Krishnakumar-DPS-Modern Indian school.
8-11 years old
Siddhi Prasad-DPS-Modern Indian School, Sarang santhosh Krishna- M E S Indian school, Amra Najad- Bright Future Pakistani International school.
12-15 years old
Deepak Saji Kumar- MES Indian School, Nipul De-Silva- Doha Modern Indian School, Sanjay Kandaswamy- M E S Indian School
Deepak Sajikumar, a Class IX student of MES Indian School won the Bronze Medal at the Worldwide Competition of the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest held in Japan from 25 – 29th August 2014. Sajikumar’s exceptional artwork titled “Aqua Tour” has been selected from over 660,000 entries for last year’s World Contest.
