DOHA: A committee has been formed to redraft the Qatari Family Law that was sent to the Cabinet for approval recently. Authorities concerned have sought to amend some clauses of the draft law to keep pace with Qatar National Vision 2030.
The panel is represented by the Judicial Department, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Supreme Council for Family Affairs and Family Consultation Center among other government organisations, Al Sharq reported yesterday.
