Doha: The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Prime Minister of Algeria Abdelmalek Sellal yesterday co-chaired the 5th meeting of the joint Qatari-Algerian supreme committee.
The two sides discussed the existing bilateral relations and means to bolster them in addition to several regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Both prime ministers also witnessed the signing of agreements in the field of of sports, education, media, culture, fishing, libraries, consumer protection, economic control and combating commercial fraud and a bilateral agreement on mutual administrative assistance for the optimum application of customs law.QNA
