Mahaseel Festival
Shop for local vegetables, livestock and poultry all produced from Qatari farms at the Mahaseel festival that is on at Katara. There are also nurseries so if you are looking for flowers, roses and ornamental plants this is where you should head to.

DFI Drive-in Cinema
Head for some festive cheer to Lusail at the DriveIn Cinema where Doha Film Institute brings some of the popular movies. Movies this weekend are The Nutcracker and The Four Realms, Home Alone and The Grinch.

T10 cricket Tournament
Expatriates in Qatar will be celebrating the Qatar National Day with a T10 cricket match this weekend. Expat teams of Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and SriLanka will play tomorrow at the Asian Town Cricket Stadium. The draw for the match will be held 15 minutes before the first match.

When: December 25, opening ceremony at 9:30 am, followed by first match at 9:35 am second match at 1:15pm with the finals to be held at 4:15pm. Two women's team of Qatar Cricket Academy will play against each other at 3:15pm.
Crystal Art
Diverse artwork of seven Qatar-based artists are exhibited at Katara Art Centre. All the artists -- Abdulla Anwari, Ahmad Al Emadi, Bachir Mohamad, Fahad Alobaidly, Lulu M, Mohammed Al Hamadi, and Muna Al Bader -- display their latest creations experimented using resin as a major component of their pieces.

Mal Lawal 3
Classic cars edition are exhibited at Mal Lawal 3, a unique platform that celebrates collecting and bringing together private collectors from Qatar to showcase their collectibles. This time the exhibition has cars from two established local car collectors.
