Artists smear one another with colours while rehearsing for the upcoming Vasantotsav, (Spring festival) in Siliguri, yesterday. Vasantotsav is celebrated in the rest of the country as Holi, the popular Hindu festival of colours. Holi will be celebrated on Wednesday.
