Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued Emiri decision No. 70 of 2013, extending the duration of the Advisory (Shura) Council. The decision is effective from July 1 , and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
Minister appoints Fatwa Department director
Doha: The Minister of Justice H E Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim issued a decision, appointing Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdurrahman Al Thani as Director of the Fatwa and Contracts Department.
Al Attiyah receives credentials of Tajik envoy
Doha: The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah received yesterday Tajikistan Ambassador to Qatar, Ardeshir Qaderi, who submitted copy of his credentials.
Al Attiyah also wished the Tajikistan ambassador success in his mission and relations between the two countries further progress.
