DOHA: Twenty -five labour inspectors of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MLSA) took oath today before HE Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Dr Abdulla Saleh Mubarak al-Khulaifi.
The ministry said in a press statement today that this comes in the context of its efforts to ensure the full application of the provisions of the labor law, noting that the number of inspectors in the ministry reached nearly 230 inspectors.
The Ministry affirmed its ongoing keenness to develop the labor market by employing new labour inspectors who will carry out control on irregularities and preserve the rights of workers and employers.(QNA)
