The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday met Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mohamed Abdul Aziz and his delegation at Al Bahr Palace. Talks dealt with means of enhancing relations.
