DOHA: The Public Works Authority, Ashghal, has announced a new diversion on the Al Wakra-Doha side of Al Matar Street, starting yesterday. The permanent street will be opened fully in both directions later.
Ashghal will close the current temporary road diversion and divert traffic to the new diversion as per the map.
This move is part of the F-Ring road project undertaken by Ashghal to provide access to Hamad International Airport and a direct link to the south of Doha, and to complete infrastructure work.
Ashghal will equip the area with all signs needed to direct vehicles; and urges all road users to abide by speed limits and traffic signs to ensure their safety.
