DOHA: Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker and its board member and Chairman of Qatar Tourism Authority, Engineer Issa Al Mohannadi, met with a delegation from the ‘Chengdu Culture and Tourism Development Group’ and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two organisations. The MoU will integrate the resources of both representative parties to promote and strengthen the benefits of the connectivity that the route provides.
“Chengdu offers strong cultural and economic opportunities to passengers on our network and I am delighted to have had the opportunity this year to meet with the Mayor of Chengdhu, Ge Honglin, and just this week Yang Chai, Vice-General Manager of the Chengdu Culture and Tourism Development Group,” said Al Baker.
