DOHA: Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) has collaborated with Dataflow recently to conduct a second workshop at the Ministry of Public Health to introduce their new system which was attended by representatives from various healthcare facilities in Qatar.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness and highlighted the necessity of conducting more workshops in the future to improve the processes continuously and address Dataflow’s efforts to bring new technologies and enhancements to their systems, simplifying the application process for applicants as much as possible.
Dr Samar Aboulsoud A, CEO of QCHP, said, “The new primary source verification system represents an important addition to the efforts of QCHP which aim at regulating healthcare practice, upgrading healthcare services and keeping pace with the latest international standards for verification.” “QCHP is always keen to organise several workshops to clarify any updates and enhancements in the registration and licensing process whether it is related to verification, licensing or license renewal, to comprehensively inform healthcare practitioners and raise their awareness,” said Dr Samar.
During the workshop, the new computerised report layouts and barcode systems were introduced which would ultimately result in error free extraction of information and improve customer satisfaction. The Dataflow representative conducted a demo on their application process and re-verification process. They presented updated statistics on the accuracy of cases received and completed within the required time.
They also announced the implementation of new communication methods to better interact with the customers by introducing SMS services. There was also a discussion on introducing a Whatsapp service, that maybe taken into consideration by Dataflow. In conclusion, Dataflow had a discussion with the attendees about customised solutions and ideas that may be implemented at a later stage.
