Death toll in Gaza crosses 7,000

The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli air strikes in Gaza has now reached 7,028, a figure that includes 2,913 children, 1,709 women, and 397 elderly, the health ministry in the besieged enclave reported.

More than 100 Palestinians have also been killed in the occupied West Bank since October 7.
