Doha, Qatar: HEC Paris, Doha will host an online masterclass on November 9, 2026, exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence can complement each other to enhance leadership, critical thinking and decision-making in an increasingly complex business environment.

Titled “AI and Human Intelligence: The Future of Thinking and Decision-Making,” the session will bring together professionals and business leaders seeking to understand the growing influence of AI on organisational practices and strategic decision-making.

The masterclass will be led by Mohammadamin Yousefi, Assistant Professor of Organization Theory at HEC Paris, who will examine the evolving relationship between technological innovation and human expertise.

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into businesses and everyday activities, the session will explore how leaders can effectively combine AI-driven capabilities with human judgement to address complex challenges and improve organisational performance.

Participants will gain insights into the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating AI into professional practice, particularly in areas requiring critical thinking, problem-solving and strategic leadership.

The discussion will also examine how organisations can leverage emerging technologies to strengthen leadership capabilities while maintaining the importance of human intelligence in decision-making processes.

A key focus will be on understanding how AI and human expertise can work together to deliver more effective outcomes, enabling professionals to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The masterclass forms part of HEC Paris, Doha’s efforts to engage business professionals in discussions on emerging trends and developments shaping the future of leadership and management. Scheduled from 7pm to 8.30pm Doha time, the online session will provide participants with an opportunity to explore practical approaches to harnessing artificial intelligence and human capabilities to create meaningful impact in their organisations.
