Doha, Qatar: The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance (OIEQA) at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies has officially announced the launch of its new DI Community: Student and Alumni Dashboard, an interactive platform powered by live data directly integrated with the Student Information System (SIS).
The launch marks a significant milestone in the Institute’s ongoing efforts to institutionalize evidence-based decision-making and planning. The achievement comes as a result of ongoing collaboration between the OIEQA, Student Affairs Department and the Information Technology Department at the Institute.
This dashboard represents a step toward a more transparent and visible community that reflects the diversity of the Institute’s students and graduates.
It serves as a tool that strengthens the culture of data use, provides indicators that support decision-makers, and enhances transparency and a deeper understanding of the Institute’s community. One of its first outputs was the release of the Institute’s Inaugural Diversity Report.

President of the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, Dr. Abdelwahab El Affendi stated: “The Student and Alumni Dashboard is a transformative addition to our academic quality ecosystem. By integrating data from across the Institute, we are more able to track trends, identify areas for enhancement, and make decisions that directly enhance the educational experience.”
Director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Assurance, Hala Sheikh Al Souk commented: “The launch of this dashboard reflects what collective institutional collaboration can achieve. By bringing our data together in an accessible and engaging way, we are strengthening our institutional capacity to learn from our data and make informed decisions. We are also enabling the DI community to use evidence as a foundation for continuous improvement".
