Doha, Qatar: Qatar National Emergency Alert called on public to stay indoors in an emergency alert sent to all phones.
It activated the national warning mechanism, where it stated,"In the interest of public safety, we urge everyone to stay away from the premises of military sites, remain inside buildings or safe locations, and not go out or move around except in cases of extreme necessity, in order to avoid exposure to any risks."
