BEIJING: HE Qatar's Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage and President of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD XIII) Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari arrived in Beijing early Tuesday to take part in the Global Services Forum, due to kick off in the Chinese Capital later today.
HE the Minister of Culture and UNCTAD President was welcomed upon arrival at Beijing International Airport by HE Qatar's Ambassador to China Hamad bin Mohammad Al Khalifa. (QNA)
