Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) announced on Sunday that the country will be affected by strong northwesterly winds, ranging from fresh to strong speeds, on Monday and Tuesday, September 29–30, 2025.
According to the department’s latest forecast, the winds may cause blowing dust, leading to reduced horizontal visibility in some areas.
QMD also highlighted that marine warnings will remain in effect during this period due to potentially rough sea conditions.
The public, motorists, and seafarers are urged to take necessary precautions, especially during peak wind hours, and to stay updated with official forecasts.
