DOHA: More than 200 Nakilat employees attended the Employee Forum, a press statement said yesterday.
The third Employee Forum gave an opportunity to the company to share updates with staff of all departments and at all levels of the organisation, as well as for internal networking.
Topics of key importance to employees were discussed and staff took part in team-building and communication exercises. Nakilat’s Employee Forums also provide an opportunity for employees to put their questions to and to hear comments directly from the company’s
leadership team.
Abdullah Fadhalah Al Sulaiti, Managing Director of Nakilat, said: “Nakilat’s regular Employee Forums are essential to the continued development of our organisation.
