Qatar beach volleyball team which qualified for the Rio Olympics pose for a picture at Hamad International Airport on arrival from Australia yesterday. Officials of Qatar Volleyball Association received the victorious team at the airport. Qatar will be represented at an Olympic Games beach volleyball tournament for the first time after their men’s teams won the AVC Continental Cup on Sunday. Qatar were represented by Jefferson Pereira and Cherif Younousse and Julio Junior and Ahmed Tijian. Jefferson and Cherif are the pair likely to travel to Rio for the August Games.
