DOHA: HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met separately at his Wajbah Palace office on Thursday morning with HE Kuwaiti Ambassador Ali Suleiman Al-Haifi and HE Greek Ambassador Eleni Zorbala on the occasion of the expiry of their tenure in Qatar.
At the outset of the meetings, HH the Emir granted the Kuwaiti and Greek Ambassadors the sash of merit in appreciation to their tireless efforts for bolstering relations between the State of Qatar and each of Kuwait and Greece.
HH the Emir also wished the outgoing Ambassadors every success in their future assignments and further progress and growth to relations between Qatar and their respective countries.
For their part, their excellencies the two Ambassadors expressed thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir and the State's officials for the cooperation they found during their term of office in Doha. (QNA)
